During the quoting process he explained every detail of what was needed and WHY it was needed. Then, when he came to do the work, he performed EXACTLY as promised. He took pictures of the BEFORE and AFTER, he showed us inside the AC unit the status of the Coil and the Handler, and showed us pictures of the Return and the Vents, before and after. Eddie was absolutely MASTERFUL in his job. We couldn't be any happier!!! Best of all, the price was very fair and reasonable. I would give him a PERFECT SCORE of 100 out of 100 to Eddie and his team.
